We had a very close call with Jeffs heart on Monday Jan.30, 2017. Thank God he was at home and we got the rescue squad and Augusta Health close by. He had a blood clot and was picked up and in surgery within 45 min. I was in the waiting room and didn't know he was in surgery. We got to the hospital around 10:15-10:20, wait 20 min and I was told to go to the ICU. Went to ICU and was told Jeff had been taken straight to surgery and had a blood clot and was getting 2 stints. It was a long wait due to being full but everyone was very nice and respectful and I fill good with the results.
I'm doing a survey for Augusta Health my son had surgery awesome experience they were helpful and nice from the beginning to the end of the process dr. Otteni was our doctor and he's great I have nothing but good things to say. The Prestons
The nurse in women's imaging system named Jamie, was amazing and made me very comfortable through my procedure. She talked me through the whole process and explained everything so that I could understand. I am very pleased and happy with the compassion, guidance, and explanations that were provided during my visit. Thank you very much again Jamie for all of your help.☺️
