Dr. Cook is an amazing doctor!! Always caring and taking the time to thoroughly discuss the appointment!! Brenda is always wonderful too!! The office staff and nurses are always friendly!!
Whoever the whiny voice at the front desk that answered my call this morning to discuss changing an appointment SHOULD NOT BE HANDLING PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK. She should be filing or something where she has to talk to NOONE. I love Dr Barfield but to go through this RUDE LADY TO EVEN GET TO HIM will make me change DOCTORS. I was on the phone with her for a total of 2 mins and 11 sec and her comment to me was she was confused and needed me to be QUICK. Absolutely love Dr. Juliann Parker!! Never waited longer than 30 minutes for an appointment, was wonderful through each of my pregnancies, and brought my two precious girls into this world (plus my nephew, niece, and cousin). I wouldn't have wanted to experience childbirth with anyone else!
I absolutely love Dr.Morgan Gibbs. She truly cares and will do whatever necessary to ensure my well health. I cannot thank her enough for taking such great care of me and performing my much needed surgery after so many doctors told me no. She listened to me and made sure I was doing good in my hospital stay after surgery.
