If I could give no stars I would this place is a joke. I used to love living here however as the years have gone by things have changed. They do not fix anything. They do not return calls. They’re never in the office. They can’t keep maintenance no office staff. They want to up the rent but do not want to update the apartment. The people who own this property are not even in state. Very sad what this place has become.
In this cold season quadrangle put a new furnace in to keep me warm. Sam and Zach are a pleasure to work with and along with the front office.
My heat went out in the middle of the night and Zack came right over and got it fixed right away. It so good to know you have dependable people like Zack in maintenance at Quadtangle Apartments. Derek T Hall - resident
