Would not recommend anyone ever rent at this complex. Rent is extremely high and it doesn't even have in-unit laundry or a microwave or dishwasher. You will have to walk to a separate building and pay $5 per load to wash and dry your laundry. My unit was constantly infested with different pests. Earwigs, spiders, ladybugs, stinkbugs, and pillbugs. I also had a mouse problem that I had to remedy myself. I've lived here for a few years now, and it has really taken a turn for the better lately. The new office staff have been throwing community events, making an effort on appearance, and are very responsive. Glad to call it home!

My wife and I were recently exploring renting an apartment for a few months, and Tess, the manager for Augusta Farms Apartments, was incredibly helpful! She went out of her way to answer all our questions fully, and to provide important information we didn’t even think to ask for. She clearly enjoyed helping us, regardless of whether we ended up renting with her. She is a lovely human being and one of Augusta Farms Apartments’ biggest perks!
