Sam and Chip are fantastic, all our maintenance is. They and the front office are completely in sync. They brought me a new stove and were great to talk to while they when they are working
I wish I could give living here negative stars. DO NOT LIVE here. I spent years in my apartment constantly arguing with them and begging them to fix things. most of the time they excused it with the handymen quit and they were still rehiring. they took me to court once because they accidently misfiled paperwork and thought my rent was late. nope, they had applied it to the wrong account but of course I still had to take off and go to court to be dismissed. ultimately it came down to the last half a year there, we had a major... read more
The rent is to expensive nothing ever gets fixed there is nowhere for the kids to play. No one is ever in the offices, and your rent never stays the same.
Matthew did a fantastic job repairing our leaky bathtub faucet and then some! Thank you so so much! Couldn't recommend him enough!
If I could give no stars I would this place is a joke. I used to love living here however as the years have gone by things have changed. They do not fix anything. They do not return calls. They’re never in the office. They can’t keep maintenance no office staff. They want to up the rent but do not want to update the apartment. The people who own this property are not even in state. Very sad what this place has become.
