The front desk ladies were very courteous and professional. The wait time was a bit long, but they have a beautiful office with comfortable accommodations. The technician who performed the preliminary test was very experienced and knowledgeable concerning the procedure. She was very friendly and sweet! The doctor was also friendly as well as knowledgeable. He explained the issue as well as the procedure to fix the situation.
Great service, was in and out. Follow up in a year. Fully staffed, didn’t even have time to complete everything before they called me back. Also, got to participate in a staff training. The technician was very knowledgeable and walked the other staff thru the steps during part of the eye exam. Very cool. Extremely nice and highly recommend them. Oh, the doctor was just as nice. Thank you.
I admit that I wasn’t excited about my annual eye exam. As a new patient to this facility, I’m happy! EVERYONE was really nice and soft spoken. They explained every procedure in full. No surprises. New equipment and a few giggles along the way made my day. Thank you for the experience! See you all next year. Did I mention the fact that they’re FAST🦾?!
I was really impressed with this office. I called as a new patient and the person who booked my appointment was extremely helpful. I received great service from both techs (I wish I got their names) and Dr Staats was great! They are really efficient and keep you moving so you don’t feel like you’re just sitting waiting to be seen. Everything is efficient and the building is really peaceful and unique you feel like you’re in a ski resort lol
The staff is always very nice and friendly and very knowledgeable from the moment you walk in to the payment process. Sarah R was very knowledgeable when it came to providing services on the types of glasses for my working environment I inquired about in a conversation with her.
