The staff is always very nice and friendly and very knowledgeable from the moment you walk in to the payment process. Sarah R was very knowledgeable when it came to providing services on the types of glasses for my working environment I inquired about in a conversation with her. I was really impressed with this office. I called as a new patient and the person who booked my appointment was extremely helpful. I received great service from both techs (I wish I got their names) and Dr Staats was great! They are really efficient and keep you moving so you don’t feel like you’re just sitting waiting to be seen. Everything is efficient and the building is really peaceful and unique you feel like you’re in a ski resort lol
I admit that I wasn’t excited about my annual eye exam. As a new patient to this facility, I’m happy! EVERYONE was really nice and soft spoken. They explained every procedure in full. No surprises. New equipment and a few giggles along the way made my day. Thank you for the experience! See you all next year. Did I mention the fact that they’re FAST🦾?!
Dr. Marks saved my wife's eye site. She would be bline by now if not for him. There is no cure for her eye disease, but using his knowledge he has stopped it's progression. The staff at Augusta Eye MD are excellent. They set the standard for how to care for the patient. From the time you arrive until you leave you will feel that they are focus on the patient's care and well-being.
I like Eye MD because the staff are very organized and you get in and out of the office in a decent amount of time. Everyone is friendly and patient with the older patients. Keep up the good work!
