I was really impressed with this office. I called as a new patient and the person who booked my appointment was extremely helpful. I received great service from both techs (I wish I got their names) and Dr Staats was great! They are really efficient and keep you moving so you don’t feel like you’re just sitting waiting to be seen. Everything is efficient and the building is really peaceful and unique you feel like you’re in a ski resort lol

I admit that I wasn’t excited about my annual eye exam. As a new patient to this facility, I’m happy! EVERYONE was really nice and soft spoken. They explained every procedure in full. No surprises. New equipment and a few giggles along the way made my day. Thank you for the experience! See you all next year. Did I mention the fact that they’re FAST🦾?!

The staff is always very nice and friendly and very knowledgeable from the moment you walk in to the payment process. Sarah R was very knowledgeable when it came to providing services on the types of glasses for my working environment I inquired about in a conversation with her. Dr. Staats is always nice and has excellent communication when having to explain to the patient what the outcome is of your visit. I like Eye MD because the staff are very organized and you get in and out of the office in a decent amount of time. Everyone is friendly and patient with the older patients. Keep up the good work!

I have never had a bad experience with the staff at the Eye Center. Dr. Marks has everyone trained in their job. The clerical staff and the doctors go out of their way to help a person. I have been seeing Dr Marks and staff since 1990 and I think they are just super. My wife and I will continue to visit the Eye Center, and we live 3 hours away.
