The doctors and staff here are absolutely amazing. They make you feel as if you are the only patient they are seeing that day. They actually take the time to listen to your concerns and are very informative with their answers as well as their diagnosis. Some doctors are in and out and are solely about the money. I can not say that about this group of doctors. Definately would refer anyone I know to them! Thank you Augusta ENT!
Both of my kids have had surgeries with Dr. Deal and I am going to have surgery with him in January. He is one of the best doctors I have ever been to, and I kind of wish he was a general practitioner, so we could see him for everything. His bedside manner is great and my kids love him. I highly recommend Dr. Deal!
Everyone was so nice and helpful. They really mad me feel at ease. The doctor was very helpful in explaining my test.
Excellent care! I am a new patient and was extremely pleased with the care I received.
I love Dr. Deal and the nurses. Quality of care would easily rank 5* but the finance department has been the most difficult to work with of any institution I've been to. Communication regarding what you are paying for is almost non-existent.
Service is excellent I feel like the s staff sincerely care for their patients and they are always friendly.
