The Augusta Dental Office is the Best! They honor their Appointment Times & don’t keep you waiting; their Staff treats you like a “Regular” & makes you feel “Welcome”; Dr. Ford is Kind, Professional, & Truly Great at her Craft! The place is Clean, with light, soothing music playing in the background, & plenty of room for Parking outside. It’s a Dentist Office that has Kids & Adults actually Smiling when they leave. I recommend it for All!
I came here to get my teeth cleaned and paid cash. I told them what i was expecting to pay compared to other dentist offices ive been to. If they couldn't accommodate my price I would've been ok going somewhere else. They didnt want to give me a price beforehand and proceeded to give me care. No one there was on the same page. They charged me way over what I was expecting. They cleaned me up great but they definitely gona squeeze as much as they can out of you.
I finally found a dentist that I’m please with. They were so professional and the young lady introduced herself and she made me feel so comfortable. She asked me questions about me and that made me feel good. The staff was friendly and professional. The dentist was awesome. She came in and looked in my mouth and explained every detail as to what she saw and what she hopes to do if my insurance will cover it.
