I called today to schedule a dental appointment after not having been to the dentist for a couple of years. The person I spoke with (Macy or Maci—I’m not sure of the spelling) scheduled my appointment, but then she brought up that my file showed a few missed appointments. She told me that if something came up and I didn’t reschedule, I wouldn’t be allowed to book again. Has been my dentist for 10 years, my husband’s dentist and my in-laws (since my Father-in-law was young). But they won me over when they helped my check my 8-year-old’s teeth when our pediatric dentist is MIA since Friday (that’s another story.) They took x-rays we needed and said they will reach out to our new pediatric dentist and work a game plan to get treatment needed a.s.a.p. for his back teeth that aren’t doing good.
