Dr. Timmerman and staff are always courteous, kind and caring and take good care of our dental needs
Ordinarily, I would have nothing but great things to say about the staff and Dr. Timmerman and rate with five stars, however not today! While nothing personally directed towards Dr. Timmerman, as he has always been pleasant in taking care of myself and my husband, but his staff dropped the ball with an emergent situation! He is great. An emergency came in. He took care of the man to get him out of pain. I have had an emergency and was treated the same way. They are a great team. That's why we drive 45 minutes each way.
Dr Timmerman is absolutely wonderful, caring, gentle and takes his time with each patient. He has the best bedside manners & I’d highly recommend him! The ONLY reason I am giving 4 stars is not because of him but because his front office staff Stacy & Angela have the most awful manners I’ve ever run across. When you call, they make it seem like you are such a bother, have an attitude and very short. It’s the same when in office. I've been seeing Dr. Timmerman for the past 20 plus years and he's the best! The staff are very nice and do their best to make sure you are welcome! The hygienist is very gentle and thorough with my cleaning.
