Good quiet place, no bothers from any one staff and other guests were very friendly.

This motel has many positives. The rates were very fair considering it was Masters week. Less than half the price of a 3 star hotel. In Augusta but in a nice part of town so less busy than near Augusta national. If you have a car this is a great place to base yourself for the golf.
the room only cost me $40 plus tax for the night. It was exactly what I was looking for: affordable for someone definitely on a budget. The location in downtown Augusta is convenient if you plan on spending a lot of your time on Broad Street, as you are right there already.
