I called this office four times trying to get an appointment but these people completely ignored us and ignore our callbacks. Meanwhile, my brother is in complete agonizing pain and I guess no one there cares.

I see Jamie PA of Dr. Hanling both are very caring people. Jamie will help the best he can to eases you pain the best he can. He is a very caring person. The statement he said to me when I had my first appointment was nobody should be walking around with pain. That statement meant a lot to me. I have had several back surgery and the pain can be severe at times he does what he can to help you to have some kinda life living with pain. Paula Herrington

yesterday April 22, 2021 i had injections in cervical discs, i experienced a unpleasant situation with the young female employee at the front desk. It was misunderstanding, i appreciated her professionalism and work ethics. She explained to me why that happened, in a friendly way. we both apologized and accepted each other's apology. i would like to give her 5 STARS and to all the staff they all do incredible job. Special thanks to our wonderful experienced pain management specialist Dr. Epter.

Wonderful care and so much better than MCG/GRU/AU. The good neurosurgeons from there left and came to Augusta Back. From billing to communications to surgery and aftercare, their treament has been a blessing for me. AVOID the nightmare that is A.U.
