The grounds are full of poop. People walk their dogs without poop scoopers, just nasty. The office write about patios, or your porch. They never speak about the dogs, or pet owners. You got to walk with your head down to watch your step. They won't touch up no matter how many years you've stayed. I can say I've never been shot at. Very thankful for the peace all these years.

Best apartments in Greenspoint!! Bianca and Lisa always treat me like family and the maintenance team here is outstanding. Prices are fair as well.
QUIET & NEAR CHURCH & EVERYTHING!!
This is my 2nd year here at the Augusta. So far I have not had any problems with the apartments, but with people not watching their children. They have destroyed 2 picnic tables. I really hope they put new ones up that the kids cannot move or tear up. In my experience they are pretty quick about fixing things. I have recommended this location to friends. I will sign another lease again......Thanks
