We have been with Dr. August for over 20 years. She sees all 3 of our children since birth. She is an amazing Pediatrician. Very caring and always dead on about what the girls are sick with. At this point she’s like family to us. We will NEVER switch doctors! I cannot say enough good things about her and her practice. We love them!
I cannot express my love for them enough. I have 3 littles, one of which is very medically dependent. For all of my kiddos they have always taken the time to listen to my concerns and always made my kids feel safe and comfortable there. With my son's kidney failure if they ever have any questions about how to treat something theyvalways reach out to his specialists before proceeding. I called to see if they do any ortho related care because my daughter has a hairline fracture clavical and thats what the cooks er in ft worth said to do or if they dont do that they can refer me to an orthopedic. This place took it upon themselves to tell me they do check ups for such thing took 75$ just to tell me they have to refer me after telling me what i already know. I’ve taken my baby here THREE times now with an ear infection and they barely even look at him and say the same thing and do nothing for him. Every time I have to take him somewhere else a few days later and every time his ears are very inflamed and infected. I mentioned this to the Dr and she told me “that’s what it’s like to be a parent, so I might as well get used to it”.
