I’ve taken my baby here THREE times now with an ear infection and they barely even look at him and say the same thing and do nothing for him. Every time I have to take him somewhere else a few days later and every time his ears are very inflamed and infected. I mentioned this to the Dr and she told me “that’s what it’s like to be a parent, so I might as well get used to it”. My son has seen a few doctors at this location and I have felt they are sincere, honest and trustworthy.
Do not recommend the doctor never once payed attention enough to notice my daughter's heart murmur then they made us pay out of pocket for the first month because the front desk didn't think to look on a certain portal for insurance then once we spent over 300 and was told we would get reimbursed when insurance payed them and we only got 110 back and they didn't do her 1 month shots only the rsv so we have now went to cook children's in Hudson oaks and they have gotten her caught up on all shots and plus all the 'nurses' lit... read more
Was nervous being new to the area but wad very pleased with our visit! Very friendly staff! Came in right before our appointment time and got out in less than an hour! Very pleased and very glad this will be our pediatrician moving forward!
Multiple things wrong.. 1. We paid out of pocket the first couple of visits, was told we would be reimbursed once his insurance kicked in.. not a dime back because.. 2. Once we got medicaid and were told he couldn't be seen until his the plan they accepted kicked in, and then once it did they conveniently weren't accepting anymore from that plan 3. Then they tried to charge me a late fee for missing an appt I canceled well over a week in advance because he wasn't on their plan yet. I'd give zero stars if I could.
