I will absolutely NEVER go through this place again. Over a month, no glasses still. I’ve called three times to be told “we have a box of shipment in, we’ll go through it” for literally over a week. I’ve never felt so frustrated and ignored with a company. Not sure how this place is in business but I will be telling every single person I can to never go here.
It has been a pretty good place to go until this last appointment on October 25th Twice now my lenses have been wrong and its now December and I'm without glasses still with MD symptoms and the optometrist saying I need them asap! I can't see and its very irritating that because of there mistakes my vision is getting worse. Get a better and more efficient lens provider!
