Awful. He does not believe women have rights to their bodies. I spent 3 months trying to get a tubal procedure done. Finally, he straight denied me became extremely rude (completely ignored the other reason for my appointment) then his assistant Pricilla came in while i was in tears to straight belittle me, put me down, and the likes. She even told me to "go to mexico if i want the procedure so bad" and "just get an abortion if i accidentally get pregnant". Very unprofessional. Dr. Accetta took on my pregnancy late on after having to switch from Dr. Yu (because I had so many issues with him) and Dr. Accetta actually took the time , and steps to take care of all the concerns and complications with my pregnancy. Went above and beyond in the short time he had remaining before my due date. As well as quick to react while delivering my son when the cord was wrapped around his neck. The staff in his office is was extremely rude to my 18 year old niece. She had to have a C-section and the next day they never called her in pain medication. My sister and niece called several times because she was in extreme pain and when her father went down to talk to they were extremely rude and refused to prescribe pain medication because they didn't like his attitude. Dr accetta delivered my son this year and by far he is the best obgyn I have found for Bakersfield California- wouldn't trade till he chooses to stop practicing! Definitely look into him and give him the chance to show you hes an amazing doctor that cares not only for his patients but the little babies as well?
Dr. Accetta is a very welcoming and genuine doctor. I trust him and can openly discuss any concern I may have. He is the first male and only male doctor I’ve ever felt comfortable with and I recommend him to all my friends and family.
Dr. Accetta is a knowledgeable and professional doctor. I underwent a yoga hysterectomy surgery with Dr. Accetta and am beyond satisfied with the results. I have referred several friends who need a capable and compassionate doctor to him.
