Great service and great prices!! They responded quickly to all of my emails, arrived on time, and did a wonderful job. they even cleaned our stairs for free. It's so nice to deal with a company with such great customer service. We will definitely recommend to our friends and use again in the future.
Technician came to clean three rooms. One of the rooms has Pet stain and he did nice job. Clean up after the job was finished, very professional and courteous. I would use AUG Encino Carpet Cleaners again and definitely recommend this service.
