I've had good experiences with Dr. Auffrey. I see some of the reviews are complaining about the receptionist, but I never had any problems with her. Dr. Auffrey always seems to help make things relatable and is very forward thinking of how to grow into the person you want to be. At least that's been my experience with him! Hope this helps... I know it can be hard to find a counselor that you connect well with!

So here we at this House/ Office/ or whatever its called and me and my wife had a appointment so we before we enter this room the dr.asked who i was and seemed upset that i came with my wife but pointed to me and said well you better not intererupt, or say anything and don't ask me no questions, so yes he was very mean and rude they aldo didn't go by any covid guildlines with mask and the Dr. or his receptionist had on no mask btw..

The doctor and receptionist were both very rude. I tried telling the doctor how I was feeling and he interrupted me and said, uh no I'll be asking the questions and you answer. He told my fiance "she talks, you don't". I tried being friendly to the receptionist, in which I was totally ignored.

The reviews are correct! The receptionist is incredibly RUDE, disrespectful and has ZERO empathy. The old hag needs to go work where people skills aren't needed. She's doing no favors for that office.
