Good clean work and friendly staff
Went in for an oil change and they told me I needed new brakes. Said they were a 3 in front and a 4 in the back with a cost at about $500. Went elsewhere to get second opinion without saying what I was told at Auffenberg. Was told my brakes were fine at an 8! Never going back. Can't trust anything they would say now.
Always professional and fast service! Friendly staff. Accommodating when I need to work while I wait (provide me with a work station). Love that I can schedule my appointments online. Cannot say enough good things about Auffenberg!!
I worked with Jake Schulz and he was extremely nice and helpful he wasn’t being pushy on selling a vehicle and listening to the things I wanted in a vehicle and respectful of my payment boundaries very helpful and did his best to get me the best deal possible for my needs!
