As we were traveling through the area our GMC Sierra 3500 suddenly shut down and would not start again. GM Roadside Assistance arranged to haul the truck to Auffenberg GMC late Friday afternoon. We absolutely cannot speak highly enough about our awesome experience with the service department. First thing Monday morning quickly diagnosed and determined the problem. Very disappointed with my experience purchasing a 2020 GMC Yukon Denali from Auffenberg Chevrolet. During the purchase, the extended warranty was highly recommended to me, which gave me confidence that I would have some protection if something went wrong. Unfortunately, after purchasing the vehicle, I’ve discovered issue after issue, and the extended warranty has not covered the problems I’ve needed addressed.
