I recently purchased a new car that I need some small repairs done on and I saw that this dealership had some good reviews so I called to get an estimate on what it would cost to have my vehicle serviced here. I purchased a used car from Auffenburg about a year ago. Because it was not one of their brands, (Chevrolet - Cadillac) I really didn't expect much in the way of service after the sale. Boy was I surprised. These guys wrote the book on great customer service. My new / used Toyota came with free oil changes for the lifetime of the car. I average about 600 miles per week driving so the Oil changes rolled around quite often.
