First of all I'm not giving them even one star, but had to check something for this to submit. This place lacks of compassion during these uncertain times of people out of work and this pandemic! I tried contacting them regarding my account and a payment plan, they would not bend their rules on collecting a one percent return for a twelve month payment plan during a pandemic when people are already struggling!!
