My lease ends next week. There's nobody answering the phones or responding to voicemail or emails. I'm not sure what's going on. It's concerning. I'll leave my keys in the office mail slot if nobody is there next week. The apartment itself is okay. Carpet and tub and kitchen things and washer and dryer are outdated. Great place to live
So far our experience has been great. Our maintenance requests are taken seriously by management and fixed in a timely manner. Any issues with the property that are brought up get resolved quickly. While the apartments are old they are mostly well kept and the owner seems to really care about how they present to new renters. Foliage is well taken care of and really brightens the space in spring and summer. Understandably things die as the seasons change, but I’d rather that than see a sterile complex. One of the worst management and neighbors you will ever experience. Managed like complete trash. I literally have close to 15 valid issues with this place, please trust what I say as you can do much better elsewhere. It's bad enough to where they are about ready to be sued in a court of law for all the problems they willingly created in my life
