Súper nice quiet community with in walking distance to the mall restaurants and grocery outlet and easy access to the 217 their swimming pool water is the best during the summer they keep the swimming pool cristal clean they also have a small gym and sauna perfect for workout during winter Stephanie the manager is super friendly she speaks Spanish the maintenance team are very quick and efficient completing work orders.
Management and supervisor maintenance are amazing the property is clean plus they're making sure everything runs smoothly with the residents needs 🙂the place is tranquil and quiet very lovely place to live make you feel welcome😀 very nice area to walk with your pets too🐕🐶💯
Thank you to Stephanie and Kevin for resolving the water heater problem with our apartment. When the plumbing company nearly failed to show up for a second time (first on Thursday and then Friday), Stephanie advocated on our behalf with the plumbing company to get the defective unit replaced on that second day, even if the job had to be completed after typical work hours. Kevin agreed to reassemble our closet (where the water heater is not so intelligently located) on his day off, Saturday. Thanks again for your support and ... read more
The grounds are really pretty and green but the apartments are old and outdated. Nice pool and clubhouse.
This property is old and there are so many issues with rats outside and all over the patio and porch, horrible management and everything is falling apart. The sidewalks are uneven and have pot holes, and I can cannot even describe how bad this building is. This big things never get handled yet they come to you with the petty things. Parking spaces under old sad trees that leak sap all over your car. The water pressure in building B is horrible and have had pipes under the building burst.
