Great place to live
So far our experience has been great. Our maintenance requests are taken seriously by management and fixed in a timely manner. Any issues with the property that are brought up get resolved quickly. While the apartments are old they are mostly well kept and the owner seems to really care about how they present to new renters. One of the worst management and neighbors you will ever experience. Managed like complete trash. I literally have close to 15 valid issues with this place, please trust what I say as you can do much better elsewhere. It's bad enough to where they are about ready to be sued in a court of law for all the problems they willingly created in my life
This complex was built in 1973. Old, & it looks it. They're managed by Affinity Property and charge Annual rent Increases of over $100 per Month & growing. They won't replace appliances that are Way Past their Prime if they still work at all. No central ac. ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH the yearly rent increases.
Do not rent in the B building. The property is nice and spacious. The unit we had on the top floor was big for a 2 bedroom, and it had vaulted ceilings. Most of the foliage on the property is sickly or ready to die. The landscapers aren't really taking care of the foliage aside from the standard blowing of leaves. The Cherry Blossom in our front walkway was rarely swept causing me to almost slip and fall numerous times. There is a pool and clubhouse.
