Robert has been so helpful throughout the whole moving process! He went above and beyond to make sure we got the unit we loved and we couldn’t be happier with our new home! Very quiet neighborhood which is a huge plus 🫶🏾❤️
I lived here for 3 years. First major apartment outside of college. Not happy. Bob is mostly nice aside from implied ideology. I believe I got off easily due to how I am, if you catch my drift. Was not victim to anything myself, but I've heard things. Nonetheless, I still have solid negatives that follow. AC constantly out to a sadly comical extent. If you have to live here, don't rely on the AC working. It will get to be 90+ inside, and with high humidity, wet bulb temp is approached quickly. Get a window unit. Hot water cu... read more
I am very happy to give 5 Stars to the Audubon Plantation Ridge. I love my apartment, it is a nice cozy space. The neighbors are quiet and respectful, and the common areas are kept up very well. Robert Herman , the leasing agent is very kind and helpful and very easy to work with. I am looking forward to the warmer weather to enjoy the pool area! I recommend these luxury apts. They are pet friendly and clean .
Horrible experience and interactions with Robert the man that shows the apartments. Management needs to train their employees better because having a person openly spewing their personal misogynistic beliefs to a stranger who is considering renting an apartment is unacceptable. Major problem there.
