So glad we are out of there! My old neighbor said his air has been off since last night and it's not even fixed yet. It’s July 4th weekend and the pool is still CLOSED. What a joke. Audobon has steadily declined, and the current manager has shown little concern for the people who actually live here. The air conditioning has been an ongoing issue from the beginning. I moved out about a month ago after living here for a little over two years. Overall, I had a positive experience. Like any apartment community, it wasn't perfect, but I encountered very few issues during my time here. Whenever I needed maintenance, my requests were addressed promptly and the staff was responsive. The community was generally quiet, and I rarely heard noise from neighboring apartments, either next to or above me, which was a definite plus. There's zero security here and management doesn't take safety concerns seriously. When the pool is open (it's July and it's not even open yet) it's full of people from other apartment complexes that come here and use the amenities (when they are open) because they can get away with it. The grills are absolutely filthy and disgusting. The apartment building is full moldy and unkept.

My rent went up by $600 over 4 years. There’s trash all over the grounds. The pool hasn’t opened yet. The AC goes out constantly. My electricity bill is always through the roof. Mice issues. Walls are paper thin. The hallway carpets are covered in gross stains. Good luck trying to find any package in the mailroom.
