Love how quiet it is. Whenever something needs to be fixed it is fixed quickly.
I have had the pleasure of visiting Audubon Plantation Ridge many times and simply can’t wait to go back. If I didn’t live in Manhattan, Audubon would be my home sweet home for sure!
I have enjoyed my time at Audubon since moving in 6 months ago. The building is clean, the heat and A/C are nice, and it is quiet. I recommend Audubon!
A great place to live! Apartments are well built and maintained by a great grounds crew. Common areas are clean and office staff are always able to help with any problems.
I like the open space here--it's good for walks when it's warm. Whenever I have questions, Robert is always quick to answer via email. Maintenance issues are also fixed fairly quickly. The neighbors are also nice!
