I signed up for the rent to own online. I received absolutely nothing for it. But I went to cancel the subscription there's nowhere to cancel the subscription. I've been trying for 4 months to cancel the subscription to no avail. So they keep digging in my car for $70 a month for absolutely nothing. And noway to contact them. Making my card every single day. I don't dare put any money into that account. Like I said I can't even contact them.
I was a tenant of Palo Verde. I left due to irresponsiveness, staffing issues and cohesively, and lack of hot water. Upon leaving, they charged me $2093 for "damages". One of which is a $1270 charge for plank replacement that was not mentioned during the walk through bc there was no damage to the planks. After great stress due to poor management and miscommunications, I'm now left with a bill that I will have to take to small claims court to resolve. Wish there's 0-star option Please don't be fooled by slogans in the leasing office, they are racists, they don't care about their customers They show you a model, they tell you your place is going to be better, then you discover the disaster when you move in I rented the premium view, top floor, high ceiling, "renovated" (was no near acceptable, it's a joke so they charge you more money, i also discovered that renovated places, are ones which aged very bad, they had to cosmetically do the bare minimum to make them rentable b... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have lived in my apartment (*********) for 3 years now. Four months after I moved in there numerous leaks discovered by myself along with mold. I was told by several maintenance men that the leaks were coming from different places in the upstairs unit. Fast forward to today where there are 100 work orders submitted, pending lawsuits for mold and negligence, this issue still persists. I have been a renter with this company for 3 yrs and never had problem until last yr and covid. Because I lost my job and it took sometime to find a new one I found myself late on getting rent into them. Despite the rent being very expensive this company continue to charge huge amount of late charges despite everything everyone was going through. I have lived at Bella Terra at Cory Center for 4 years and I am finally moving. To start off George the maintenance supervisor not only sexually harassed me but nothing was done by the old property manager ozzy didn’t let me out my lease or nothing and I had no where to go. If I could give them a zero I would. Steadfast Living property in Dunwoody, GA charges an astronomical amount of rent. They don't invest any money in the property, don't take care of maintenance request timely Allow playing in parking lots. Keeps the property unclean. Community property never works, pool is disgusting. They raise rent every year. They bully you into renewing a lease early and if you don't they keep raising the rent by hundreds of dollars.
