Disgusting!! Be prepared to live with cockroaches. They say they will spray only happens once or twice then they disappear. Sign you over an apartment with holes in the wall. Couldn't even fix the toilet. An toilet paper dispenser won't even hold. Paint all over appliances. Handles. Door handles I swear there from the 60's. Apartment searches for the same thing every two to three weeks. Maybe a month sometimes. They bring random people with them to on inspection day.
