My wife has been a patient of Dr. Barksdale for several years. She has often recommended that we use the same dentist but she was unwilling to leave Barksdale Dentistry. Today I learned why. The staff was very friendly and totally professional. I was seen promptly, treated professionally, given thorough information regarding all findings and future requirements related thereto as well as complete and comprehensible answers to all of my questions.
I once bumped into a dentist at a social occasion in Baton Rouge, when I told him Dr. Barksdale is my dentist, he said "He's my dentist. He's as good as they come." He explained that Dr. Barksdale is on the leading edge of dental care and is the guy other dentists turn to learn new things. This surprised me because Dr. B is humble and patient, and he goes to any length to make you comfortable and pain-free.
