Painfull flossing from 15 dental assistant. I'm a punctual person so waiting more than 15 min goes against professional demur. I was early for my appointment and trying to keep the standard of care up to par. I'm a combat war vet and we r taught to not me late and communicate.At end they tried to bill me for same day cancellation, under the agreement, I would have to be a no show or late. The entire staff at Dr. Barksdale’s office is phenomenal. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. As scary as dental experiences can be, I’ve never left this office unhappy. I cannot thank them enough!
