The office staff and hygienists I found rather unprofessional. When I arrived, the office staff immediately said that they had checked and I was not covered by Insurance. But, if the staff had seen that prior to my appointment, why was I not contacted in advance? My employer had simply switched carriers. Even after confirming my insurance, they continued to bring it up later in the appointment questioning whether they should or should not take pictures of my teeth. Great service! Fast, efficient, and the Dental Hygienists are so friendly and knowledgeable! Dr. Rappold is so helpful and answers all of my questions!
I had a problem with my front tooth and they were able to get me in very quickly, which I really appreciated. I saw a new doctor who took care of my issue quickly and did a better job than I expected. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service I got from everyone at Audubon Dental.
