Friendliness of staff, no wait time, water in the office, and Dr. Perez of course! I think the office could be a bit brighter but I can see why some people like the easier casual lighting as well.
Everyone was friendly and I was taken very promptly.
Carrie is very good at her job and makes my visits comfortable. She always explains what she's doing and makes sure I understand what the process is. Carrie also goes out of her way to check back with me after the procedures.
The hygienist always explains what she is doing and we always have a nice time visiting while she is working. I also enjoyed meeting the new dentist.

Yes, all 4 people I worked with were fantastic. Leslie, and Sarah? I believe got me started, and the dentist and receptionist were also great. I would like to mention though that I no longer see Dr. Perez as I found him to be extremely rude and uninterested in my well-being when he worked on me over a year ago. I have since been transferred from his care and would like to keep it that way.
