Your location is most convenient -- just a half block from my house. Also you're consistently excellent in timeliness. I never have to sit in the waiting room more than a minute or two.
My favorite part of my experience was when I was told that my bleaching trays would be ready in 3 days in time for my quarterly tooth cleaning visit.
Carrie, your dental tech, is wonderful, kind, sensitive, and the reason I keep coming back to your clinic. She knows and understands my dental situation and her sensitivity, when she does my dental cleaning every three months, is amazing and deeply appreciated.
The staff at Audubon Dental Group are always courteous and very professional.
All employees were very courteous and professional.Services provided were on par with expectations. Changes I would prefer are; single client cleaning area (do not like shared space without a wall), add television for patient while in chair (most recent dental office had this, it isn't like you can have a conversation with your provider anyway). I did have difficulty entering and leaving the facility and not damaging my vehicle due to the severity of the incline on the entrance and the sliding gate clearance.
All the care givers were professional, highly competent and friendly. No complaints.
Great Dental practice with friendly staff, knowledgeable hygienists and competent assistants. The dentists are expert practitioners and have great communication skills, all in a professional environment in an office the uses all the last in dental technology..
I saw Dr. Perez, he was excellent. Very informative without being pushy. My apologies, I can't recall the hygienist name, but she was great too. Thanks!
Dr. Tom and Mia together with the reception area greet me with a warm smile, provide gentle informative treatment and leave me feeling well cared for. I honestly cannot say there was a favorite part of my experience. But really, can anyone when the term extraction is included in your treatment plan? :) I am truly fortunate to be in the care of such wonderful people.
