I had follow-up questions after my visit (needed names of specialists, recommendations...) I sent questions via several emails, and was answered promptly each time. I appreciate this kind of customer service!
Had to wait about 25 minutes - but then everything fine. When got there, ignored by receptionist. After, insulted by billing clerk.

Everyone was incredibly kind and made me feel very comfortable.
We love Dr. Tom and everyone at Audubon Dental is always exceptionally nice. We feel comfortable and welcomed there. My family came in for our appointments together. Sarah and our hygienist both took time to engage with and explain things to my four year old as I was getting my teeth cleaned. They were so patient and kind. Experiences like this set the tone for how she'll feel about going to the dentist and taking care of her teeth for a lifetime. Thank you!
