Excellent Service, I highly appreciate the efforts made by the staff members.
I can't say enough about this place. I was taken back earlier then my scheduled time. The nurses, anesthesiologist and doctors treated me amazingly. I have never been anywhere and treated that well.
Checked in at 6:30. Esther was wonderful and a delight for so early in the morning! Everyone, nurses to docs have been amazing! Very comforting to know my daughter is in such great hands!
I was the last person of the day for surgery and was rushed out. When we got home, the discharge instructions differed from what the discharge nurse told us, and we were unsure of which medications I was actually given. An after hours service was not available to answer our questions regarding our medications. The chart was not available for our physician on-call nurse to review. Such efficient, caring, knowledgeable people. If you need care, I don’t know of any place better. I’m from AK and happened to be in The Springs when my knee surgery was required. I feel very fortunate to be where I was for the procedure. Highly recommend.
What a great facility with a great staff to really make sure you are not only comfortable, but confident as to what is goimg to take place. Thank you so much for taking great care of my wife!!!!
I had a surgery done yesterday, customer service are great...the front desk lady very nice, same as the personnel in the back, Michelle the nurse was great, I had very bad migraine, she gaves me a massage on my head and make me feel better before my surgery, thank you so much everyone, I am highly recommend this place.
It was a lovely experience. I had never been to an orthopedic doctor before and I was Made to feel very comfortable
