RecommendedAll I can say is wow!!! On very short notice Audrey’s exceeded our expectations on a specially requested red velvet cake for my daughter’s 18th birthday / graduation celebration! It was gorgeous and delicious! And sparkly gold just like she wanted! And the cupcakes we got too... perfect! Thank you!!! Also, side note, their flourless chocolate cake —— is to actually die for!!
As President of the East Islip Athletic Booster Club, I’d like to send a big shout out and thank you to Audrey’s Bakery and specifically Katie, the manager! With very little time, she arranged to have a special birthday cake decorated for our very own Carli Fragala! She and Audrey’s went above and beyond to decorate Carli’s cake on short notice for her 18th birthday party! Carli Is one of East Islip’s athletes who is fighting a courageous battle against cancer! I stopped in today randomly on my way home to celebrate my moms birthday with cake, but knowing the bakeries by me would be closed by the time I arrived back in Bellmore, I searched on google for bakeries near me when I was in Sayville. I am so glad and happy that I did because MY LORD!!! The chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and cheesecake with chocolate cake and chocolate ganache was to die for!! We are considering to even drive all the way out here for my birthday cake in january!!

My parents ordered 72 cupcakes with a buttercream rose and an 8 inch naked cake with matching drip icing today for my bridal shower. The cupcakes and cake were gorgeous!! My future mother-in-law topped the cake herself with fresh flowers, but the cake without flowers would have been just as beautiful!
