It's a great place to go I only know of one thing that could be better, and that is getting a refill on a medication usually takes 3 days to a week. The problem with this is if you have to have your medicine your out of luck until someone finally calls it in. You learn pretty quick to call ahead of time. You can never speak to anyone about this when you call you just get a machine. I scheduled an appointment 3 months ago and today was the day of my appointment, however when I got there, there were no parking places and I was stuck behind a handicap person. I eventually parked in a no-parking area just to get into the building to let them know I was there, they refused to see me because I was 9 minutes late. They would not let me talk to a doctor on ay member of administration. They did not ask why I was there, if I was ok or anything. They were not concerned in the least. This is an income-based clinic, but I have never been treated like anything else besides a paying customer. Very nice people, in a rush sometimes but that's everyone these days.

This is an income-based clinic, but I've never been treated like anything but a paying customer. The people are very nice. Sometimes they're in a hurry but that's every Dr. office these days. I do spend a lot of time waiting inside the exam room. But better than sitting too long in the lobby, where you feel like you've made no progress at all.
