By spending more time investigating the actual home sights for true comparables and what the home has to offer in ammenities vs. strictly square footage. It was terrible. This appraisal came in $50K below an appraisal done in late 2017 and the values have been supposedly been improving in area.
The incompetence of 2 appraisers to not be able to complete the job and waste an entire month of my time thoroughly blows my mind. Don't waste your time find someone who will do the job right and do it right the 1st time not the 3rd.
