I was supposed to see her last November, then 3 weeks after that, then yesterday. All three of those appointments were cancelled by her office and I still haven't seen her. I had to see Dr O'Brien at Walmart to treat my eye infection!
Awesome care and professionalism!
Dr. Zimmer is very encouraging and upbeat. She uses the latest treatment plan (dropless), and I had very good results. I went from terribly nearsighted to 20/25. I strongly recommend her.
