Met Lalsa Perepa through a family recommendation. She listened attentively to my hearing loss case. She made recommendations on possible approaches. I was impressed with the honesty of her assessment. Definitely I can recommend her to anyone anytime.
My Dad needed hearing aids and Lalsa at AudiPro Audiology Clinic was the right choice. She was friendly, patient and professional with him from ordering & fitting him to explaining how they work. It's a learning curve and Lalsa made things easier, even suggesting I accompany him to help navigate using the aids with his phone & tweaking the settings.
