Dr Smith is very nice
Sold my grandmother a old hearing aid that was 9 years old. Then said she owed when she paid it off..she. has severe hearing loss. He didn't take a mold of her ear. He just pop her ear piec on another hearing aid.. that 2000 down the drain sad.. ended up going to belltone in Twinsburg who told us it was a old hearing aid.

Doctor Smith and his staff are great! They are always friendly and accommodating even when my Medicaid provider was not very helpful. Thank you for all you do.
Dr Smith is incredible. He's helped me get adjusted to my hearing aids and is super responsive to my questions. Waiting time is more than reasonable—especially in light of the high degree of personal attention he gives.
