Disappointed. I bought new hearing aids for mom 5 months ago. They're not working right and he allegedly moved out of area. Now we have to go to Costco to get repaired. He said Costco will honor that hearing aid. I feel we were shafted, but I'll wait to see what costco does. I think I would feel better with Costco than this guy. Costco is cheaper too.
Not satisfied. After the initial trial period, I returned them. He then asked me to try a different set. (apparently used or a previous demo as there was no box or literature.) When I took them back, he offered to order Primax Pure 7 PXM aids which were rechargeable and came with the "clip" which provides streaming. The price was to be $178 less than the original ones.
