Very nice receptionist. Very helpful. The only disappointing thing is that the person I usually see during her weekly visits to my hometown no longer comes there. Someone else does, but I would like to keep seeing the person who knows me and my medical history.
The ladies at Beltone Council Bluffs have been helpful, supportive and kind from my first appointment. The friendly and professional atmosphere is why I continue to return. They’re thorough and knowledgeable in their own respective. Their smiles bring a warmth and comfort that is lacking in other businesses. Thank you ladies, you are greatly appreciated.
