I have enjoyed my experience with Audiology Professionals very much. I would recommend and I do recommend them to my friends without hesitation. The office and personnel are always attentive and respond to my questions very quickly.
Audiologist Specialists are the best of the best. I have always received the best care. I have moved to Idaho and do miss being able to visit their office.
I was very hesitant to get hearing aids but Audiology Professionals made it so easy, I wish I would have gone there sooner. Usually I dread anything medical, but everyone is so kind, helpful, and friendly I actually look forward going to their office. (And they have sweet treats.)
Dr. Ford does an absolutely wonderful job. He has a real ability to help discover the best solution for my level of hearing loss. He understands the nuances of hearing aids and the differences between different models/brands and is able to explain them well. Also, I appreciate that he is very aware of recent advances and never hesitates to share. Kudos to a great person and an even greater audiologist.
I had put off for years doing something about my gradual hearing loss. Sure, I had hearing tests here and there but I was able to justify the results with, oh I just wasn't having a good day. Until I came to the caring attitude at Audiology Professionals. I found Dr. Hill really understood me, what I was going through, and what would help.
