The only hearing aid I wore for years was very uncomfortable. I hated it! I was not looking forward to dealing with the process of getting a new one. Audiology professionals made the experience a plesant, and thorough, one. I was also pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and small the new models are.
I have had hearing issues all my life. Working around noisy airplanes as an adult didn't help. I suffered a terrible ear infection that made my hearing even worse. My ENT sent me to Audiology Professionals. Dr. Hill was amazing & actually shed tears with me when I realized what a whole new world was opened up for me simply because I could hear better. Don't put off getting your hearing checked. You won't be sorry.
The improvement in home life with renewed communication was incredible. The follow up care has also been impressive.
They were extremely helpful. Doctor ford was very knowledgeable about tinnitus and they generous in letting me test drive a hearing aide. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a hearing device or wanting consultation about tinnitus.
I have worked with Audiology Professionals for many years and find them to be the best at what they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I work with Dr. Ford and find him to be patient and helpful in every aspect of working with me and helping me to hear better.
