Paid for hearing aids with the agreement of a full refund if the hearing aids didn't work for me. I'm now waiting for the refund. According to the contract, I advised them in writing that I was requesting a refund on August 19, On August 28 I returned the hearing aids only to be told that they would call me when I could pick up the refund check. Two weeks later, still waiting. Most companies make refunds upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Why the delay? Do they have so many refund requests that they are unable to keep... read more
