Made an appointment for my mother who is in late 70s. It is very difficult for her to get around. They had no wheelchair. Used walker to get her in, only to be told they don't take United Health care or medicaid!! When I asked why I wasn't told about this, her response was you never asked. If you would have asked I would have told you! She then proceeded to tell me that the hearing test was free. Ok I said let's do it. Then she says but if she needs hearing aids whoever you go to will tell you that she needs another test!! H... read more
