Dr. Luzon is so knowledgeable, kind and patient. She addresses all my needs promptly. I never need to worry about getting accessories such as batteries.
First rate service and care
The doctor here has the mask with the clear piece cut out so you can read her lips. Such a blessing. Us deaf people can’t handle these mask, we can’t ‘hear’ if we can’t see your mouth. Painless process in and out 10 mins. New speaker and cleaning. Excellent customer service. This was my first visit, but won’t be my last.
Dr. Luzon is an excellent audiologist and a very caring person. As a retired audiologist, I can appreciate the benefit of private audiological care from a very well educated person.
No matter what she helps out right away. Went in there today because my boss was upset I didn't hear him correctly. She fixed my hearing aids etc. and I was good to go back to work and HEAR. Love these guys!
The doctor is very helpful and kind. She answers all questions about the hearing aids.
I particularly like their availability to answer questions and solve problems that come up with either my hearing aids or issues regarding connection with my phone and proper care of the instruments. Great customer service!
