Great experience Glen was very good at explaining and what to expect with hearing aid as I was new to wearing one. Hearing things I have never heard before because of only 20 per cent hearing in left ear. Ian Chapman
Exceptional service. In depth hearing testing. They listen and were super helpful explaining the process and test results. The front desk staff was also amazing and helpful when we were running late.
Nice place with friendly personnel. Good equipment. Unfortunately I ran into difficulties this summer in having a previously excellent hearing aid suddenly become inoperative while at the clinic. Repairs were very costly and required days without the aid as it was sent to Toronto for the repair. Fitting also became an issue.
