I have dealt with Dr. Thomas Copps in his previous location and again in his latest. I will continue with the new owners as I have found the product excellent as well as the service. Everyone at Audiology has been friendly and obliging. I'm there for life!!
I am so happy to now know what I’ve been missing all this time… I wasn’t forgetting…I didn’t hear it in the first place.
They've got a machine that helps wax out of your ears that I couldn't find anywhere else in southwest Alberta. I called, they were able to get me in right away. I had to come twice. Both times the audiologist was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend. Reasonable rate as well.
