I have NOTHING NEGATIVE to say about my experience with getting my new and first hearing aids. Love the office staff and audiologists. Love my new and first hearing aids! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a referral to choose Audiology Associates, they are the best!
Audiology was a very pleasant place to visit. Not only were the people nice, but the music was lovely, and there was even a jigsaw puzzle in the waiting room to do. The decorations were very tasteful as well.
I am so impressed how Audiology Associates of Redding handle the care of their customers. I brought my father in for some care. He received some hearing aids from a donation. They did not try to sell him anything. They helped him through the process of hearing again. It took some time because they were much older and they did not have the software.
