RecommendedDr. Rita and her staff are beyond wonderful! I brought my 82 year old Dad in for new hearing aides. He wanted to try over the ear ones, but unfortunately due to his level of activity, they weren't the right ones for him. My husband has had a few sets of hearing aids through Dr. Rita and they have all been great. Her office and staff are all so kind and professional and do whatever they can to make any visit pleasant. I’ve had been seeing Dr. Rita McWilliam, for a long time, her staffs Rachel, Morgan, Tanner, and Kirsten... has always been so helpful. I highly recommend Audiology Associates of Redding.
I'm not a patient, however I do give my elderly mother rides there.. It's a very clean place , nice atmosphere for weighting , even has a Puzzle you can work on in the weighting room, Bathrooms are very very clean.. but the best part is the free Coffee and Cookies... not just plain coffee , but some specialty coffee's . As for the service to my mother.. I think they are great.
They are the BEST! Wouldn't go to anyone else.
My brother has received his hearing aids from this wonderful company. They are always courteous and professional and stand by their products We highly recommend you visit !
