Took my aunt who has severe hearing loss and I can't say enough good things about them. They were so patient with her. They spent 1 1/2 hours helping her learn to put her hearing aids in and taking them out. They were very thorough and truly wanted to make sure she was comfortable with them. I would highly recommend them.
Excellent Lyric device replacement. Niki was terrific.
