Dr Lowe and Audiology Associates rock! I made an appointment for a hearing test and to seek help for my life-long tinnitus. My hearing is good but I do have a high frequency hearing loss. Dr Lowe recommended hearing aids to calm down the tinnitus by boosting my hearing. It worked like a charm. My tinnitus has calmed down and my hearing is crisper/brighter. Dr Lowe explains things well, presents good options and has answered all of my questions. And Lena the Office Manager is very customer friendly! Phil Farfel
I found the staff at AA extremely professional, caring and methodical. Dr. Abrams takes the time necessary to perform thorough testing as well as explain in detail her findings along with a treatment schedule. Esther's support in the process is priceless. I am very pleased with the care I was provided during my appointments and have referred friends as well
My husband Nate had gotten a hearing aid and it wasn't functioning properly. We saw Dr. Abrams and she helped us solve the issues. She was persistent as we tried various things and she worked closely with the ENT specialist to ensure care was coordinated.
