Appointment was made 5 months in advance. Office called the day before to tell me I needed a referral or to pay myself. Clerk was unwilling to find a wY to contact my doctor. I called doctor, but referral was not sent. I showed up without knowing that the referral had not arrived. Had to cancel appointment.
