UPDATE (2 years later): Still a solid 5* rating - customer service after the sale! Besides my twice-yearly hearing checkup, I've had several minor problems with my hearing aids (broken receiver wire, difficulty replacing the wax filter) that required Dr. Abrams-Griffin's repair skills. Audiology Associates makes it easy, since it doesn't require scheduling an appointment, just an easy drop-off/pickup of the hearing aid(s).
