Hi, I'm sorry I haven't updated this review since the unfortunate initial encounter. The office manager contaced me and was genuine in addressing my concern. It appeared it was a one off with a recent hire who most likely didn't fit the professionalism and care of the practice. I appreciate the kind nature the staff has shown in providing hearing assistance for my mom and would highly recommend the Wilkens Ave location. The atmosphere was beautiful. The provider was very attentive to my mom. She took her time to explain things to her. We didn't feel rushed..
Great service and friendly people.
